Baofeng Dual Band HT UV-3R

Just bought a UV-3R Hello Forum, My wife bought us a pair of these cheap HT's. Rx is hot and audio is LOUD. Menu system is OK, but ..... CAN'T figure out how to switch between VFO mode and MEM mode. I have poured over the manual, but can't figure it out. Anybody figured this out ?? FM...
