    thanks for the replies i put it on dry as i read that rtv has acid in it that will slowly eat paint and rtv says to remove paint befor applying.

    do i have to use some silicon under and above the gasket. seller said no but figured id ask. im thinking good insurance. silicone grease or rtv?

    11 meter is very quiet?

    1st post. I think CB is going to have a little come back. not to many people are on air anymore. Retro is in and I just got back into it and 2 of my friends were thinking of getting back into it as well.
