Kenwood TH-27A: worth resurrecting?

TH-27A I have a TH-27A that I recently pulled out of the drawer. Charged up the battery etc...and turned it on. No sound! The freq. meter works etc...just no sound. This happened to me several years ago and someone sent me instructions for unlocking it. Now, I have to search for them to...
