The solder with the highest tensile strength there is, is a silver solder. SN62 / PB36 / AG02. Best solder there is for rework. Super tensile strength and low melting point which is easy on those cheap CB radio circuit boards.
Worse yet, let me see someone else get all of those component leads lined up and in the holes if they are all potted together. And then be able to do a alignment to it after all this is done.
Oh God.... Another hack at work molesting radios. If you want frequency stability install a proper temperature compensating crystal heater board to it. Then you can control the crystals temperature to within 0.1 deg. C. Using a fan to move air around in the radio is just going to increase...
