Base 1/2 wave horizontal dipole question

There is no mention of frequency which has everything to do with radiation pattern by elevation. I think you are picturing the classic figure-8 pattern so of course, two dipoles at 90 degrees would give better coverage... but only around a half-wave high. At 20 feet high 15 meters is...
