Sirro are great antennas , predators are fantastic as well , even for the radio your planning on running the uniden 980 a Wilson 1000 will do a great job , I find myself the predator is no more noiser than my Wilson 1000 I run on my other truck , I tell you the predator has great receive...

I think the 980 is a great radio , however she's doesn't have much in the way of modulation, for what you can purchase one of those for you should be able to score a 959 galaxy or 44v something along that line dual finale radio and modulation monster ! That's just my 2 cents , I'm not a galaxy...
