Realistic TRC-446 - WX works but CB side dead

Hi, I have a Realistic TRC-446. It powers up with the weather side working fine, but the CB side is dead. The Tx/Rx light is off (NOT green) while in receive, turns red when I key the mike. The needle never moves, even when attempting SWR calibration. I get a good "thunk" when I switch ACE on...
