rci2970n2 bias help

Hi! I try this om my friends 2970N2, black display. I can not get the voltage on the finals in ssb mode. Should the "short circuit" PCB be in or out the holder? PA BOARD is okey to make the alignment on. Lars

Hello ! It started with the transmitter was wrong om 27MHz, about 600KHz up and drifting. 28-30MHz was allright. I troubleshoot with freeze spray, when I came to the IC303,(1 on photo), it went stright right on frequency, both TX and RX on 27MHz. I replaced the 7805 and IC303, (i took IC303...
