350MHz, 500,600,700,800Mhz?

how the change the frequency band on wouxun kg-819 i have a smaller problem,i have a wouxun kg-819 i use a frequency 169. but the hand set only have the range of 400mhz 450mhx ,,is there any way i can change the hand set to use my frequency...plx help ASAP
