what transceivers are on the market that can pick up and decode these signals? or how can you tell? because all I can find really is scanners that all their purpose is to do is listen to these bands. I recently bought a yaesu vx-3r and I am using in to just scan and rx because I don't have a license yet. But my question is that I know you can listen to analog signals but is there anyway to listen to digital ones? I'm trying to listen to air force base crews but from research it seems it is...- tyha22
