Stryker sr94hpc

I've tried that, and a choke. No love. It is a great little radio, but only for stationary use. It picks up too much noise from the vehicle. Has anyone had any luck correcting this?

Intersting way to do MaxMod to SR94HPC

Probably, need to twist-em! Personally, I would not mod this radio other than adding some filters to the input power, as it picks up a lot of ignition noise, and I have mine directly wired to the battery.,
