Im just wandering if anyone has been having the trouble with them I have.

First off they require a minimum $25 order, which is ok. I only need maybe $7 buck in parts but get others I know I will need later.

But it seems in the last 3 orders, They are out of what I need and process the order anyway without asking do you want to still order these. Instead you get the package and then a letter inside with a list of what wasnt available.

I am very dissatified and will not be using them again, they used to be top notch but have fallin off as of late.
 

9 out of 10 orders I have made with them were that way and the only reason I dealt with them was they had most everything I was looking for, you know the one stop shopping thing>?

But I have found other sources which are more reliable and at a significantly lower price and if you've noticed westgate's inventory is very low so that tells me they've lost a ton of thier suppliers due to one reason or the other and I think the other is from slow or no payment.

Westgate gets a big :thumbdown:

I had same problem they never send everything you order. Always send what parts they have in stock and the list with parts out of stock. no more buying there. Then wait awhile for refund for the difference they owe you for out of stock parts.
 
west gate sucks donkey pooooo big time. notice they dont sell amplifier cabinets anymore. there quality in parts are so cheap , garbage. i deal with ICA Manufacturing.
west gate has screwed alot of good people.
 
I use to buy from Westgate but havent in over a year I looked a while back at there site to see what the deals or specials were at that time.
 
I had dealing with them years ago when they had the NJ shop i got some strange looking transistors hard to see the # on them should be 1419 you can make out part of it also got some bad 2166 drivers
its best to call in the order to see whats in stock i also have called and things been out of stock so rf parts had it (y)
 
Oh no. I just made a small order. Wish I read this first! Used my card thru pp. So I guess I could do a fraud report threw pp or visa. Will report back....
