22UF for the Cap and 100 ohm resistor,two watt device........All the above info is correct, yours is a axial electrolytic cap, all that means is that the leads are located on each end of the cap as opposed to both leads being on the same end.
What Toll free is getting at is that the resistor you show that is burned, usually gets hot when there is a imbalance in between the two sets of transistors.
Usually this happens if you lose a transistor in one of the 2 "pill" sections.
You can replace the burnt parts, but if the imbalance is still there, the resistor is going to go up in smoke again.
The cap may have died from old age, go with a 35 volt.
