Apparently used by some mud duck in a mud puddle, but not sure since it may not even work. The only thing we know is that it has a 5 pin DIN connector on it so was probably used on a rat shack!

99% chance it'll make the user sound like he's under water. He should have said "Classic Turner super sidekick....might need all the parts replaced, bought at a yard sale in new orleans".
