First thing to mind were lightsabers haha.
I remember years back when guys would have those lit antenna tips if that's what they were. At night seeing them light up in the pickle park you always knew who was keying down.

Antenna or not,....... I can guarantee you will get a traffic citation of used on a street.
4x4er around here has the same on his truck but they are red white and blue,,,,not cb antennas but use the same 3/8 by 24 mount,,,,,,
