If the dx is rolling like it has been most of the week, I'm planning on getting some radio time in tomorrow (Saturday). I'll be monitoring 36 & 37. Give me a shout if any of you hear me out there and we can qsy to the zeros, or to a frequency of your choice.
I hope to make contact with some WWDX members!

I've copied and pasted this post by @Rick330man
I figure get out out there and see if we can get some interest.... For me, I'm interested and plan on giving it a try.

From Rick330man:
"Should we try to schedule a coordinated CB skip week-end for like mid-December? How about December 13-14th, a full month away? This much lead time will give us time to get the word out.

LSB 38 and LSB 37 are becoming chronic train wrecks. A frequency that isn't regularly over-run would make for a better experience. Folks have suggested USB35 or USB40. Someone else mentioned LSB 33. I like the 33 idea since it isn't a channel widely used for skip. USB also is tempting since it doesn't seem to get much use.

How about it?"

Think I should be around a radio at that time. I think the other time we tried for 35 USB, but I think someone was already on it? Been too long, but Maybe 40 USB is the better bet. 33 Seems to be hammered with AM stations at times. (At least for me out here in Kansas.)

I like the idea in principle, but I think running sideband on 33 or 34 is just going to piss off a lot of AM operators. That's what happened when we tried 35 USB last year......I got cussed out every time I called CQ on sideband! Channel 40 is useless on the west coast due to all the Espanol from Mexico on there.

Of all the channels we've tried I made by far the most contacts when we used 16 LSB so I would be up for trying that again. It's a known sideband channel (I heard people on it today) so we won't be annoying the AMers. There is the problem of splatter from 15 & 17, especially out here on the west coast, but I still think 16 LSB may be the most viable option.

My memory was fogged about recalling what the channel we all tried lol! Yep.. At any rate maybe 40 Upper should be a nice thing to try. (That Sunday, and maybe 16 Lower for the Saturday)

1:30AM, so struggling to see which days of the week that falls into lol. :D

I'm good with this, but something to remember is that if need be, after making contact you/we can always qsy to a different frequency or even a different mode. LSB to USB. And there are the zeros too, but I know that not everyone has the ability to do so. There have been days where I spend the entire time on the zeros.,
Just some thoughts to throw out there.

It's getting close, December 13 & 14. I'm just going to say that I'll plan on moving between LSB 33, 34 to start. And like I've said before, after initial contact we can qsy to quieter frequency if need be.
If anyone has a frequency they prefer, please let us know. I'm flexible.
EDIT..
After looking through the various posts, it looks like there are some who prefer LSB 16 on Saturday and USB 40 on Sunday.

Just throwing this out there... really makes no difference to me.
