i chose the predator 10k in center of roof.. this is the best mounting location. a firestick 5ft mounted on roof maybe better idk. id change mounting location first imnho

have you tried them out yet .my guess is there close in perfvormance . a true test is in recieve . imo

there very good ssb radios. there one of my favorites . 300 is a little more than id pay unless its in mint condition then maybe.there ok on am but not a audio monster like a connex or general lee

try it out do a review see what works best for ya.

id still be interested on putting a 5 foot firestick on where ya 4 footer was ..hard to beat a Wilson 1000 on the roof though

get a skipshooter 3 footer . rated at 3000.. doubt that will handle that much but for 19.00 bucks wy not. advailable at copperelectronics.com
