How are the galaxy 959 out of the box. It is an attractive radio. I would rather have something that works with some minor tuning than have to open up the radio to have it work properly.

222dbfl, I see you mentioned a meter. I am using the one on the radio (built in). I would like to get an external one, I was looking at the workman dual watt/see meter, but it seems to recieve negative reviews. Any one that is particularly decent around $40?
