Amphenol makes both inexpensive and expensive PLs, gotta look at the part number, unless you're familiar with what the Teflon and silver plating are supposed to look like.

I bought a bunch of bare connectors and pins for both the power and accessory jack on the 2510 and can supply you the necessary ones to make new plugs if you buy it. Shoot me a PM if you buy the radio.

I would go with DTB. Other places might have lower prices, but once you send it somewhere else for a proper tune, you've paid the same or more. Shipping isn't cheap!

Don't recall what sites I read, but upon further research, it would appear that impedance matching your antenna is the key. All of the locals here tell me my feedline is far too short and that I'm going to burn my box. I don't believe I need a certain length of feedline, but they swear by it...
