They change the color of the lights behind the meters and such. 40 is about the going rate.

Mr clean you are right Antenna it 90% of a station. My dad alway's said u can run 1000 watts but with out a good Antenna u just as well stick with 4 watts. Thanks for the post God Bless. silvereagle 399.

I am looking in one of my PUT'S CB 77 buyers guide and i will try again. I think it is a CBGP MADE BY HY-GAIN 1/4 wave ground plane.
