Those radios have been long gone as I was told. I called as I have a friend who wants an S9. The lady I taked to heard Magnum may re-manufacture some of the S models. Who knows?

The Siro is a mag mount and is serving me well. My 70 C10 (Pictured) I am going to use a AR3500-100w mobile and I have an NOS Avanti Hippo that I will mount on my mirror.

I have an S9/175. I absolutley love it. I also ahve a S6 /80. I think these radios are keepers. If you have been watching ebay a lot of other buyers think so as well as the prices have really rocked.

The S6's and S9' are really bringing the $$$. I assume the only difference I think between the S6 & S9 is the S6 AM-FM only. Is that correct?

The S9 that was on ebay last week sold for about $320

Just an update: I sent two Ranger 3500's 100W units to Bob for: a) SP1-a Speach Processors b) Battery Back up circuit c) complete tune up. It took right at 1 yr for Bob to go through the radios. Once I will install (I think) one into my 70 C10 I am confident these will be top knotch. Preasently...
