How does this work in the mosfets finals in 29s and such? I haven't had much luck with variables on those but hell I'm probably set up the fet wrong I've been using 1n4148 in the companion part spot with a 20k resistor to the 8 volt rail.

Remove r 14 replace r12 with 100ohm resistor. I did this in my cobra 138xlr but can't for the life if me remember where I read it or what the purpose of this mod was anyone familiar? I just did it in my sb520d seems to drop the signal meter maybe like an agc defeat or tone down??

Out put seems fine it does this in the bench or in the truck either one no different.

I would think the voltage is in fact dropping on key up with the symptoms.

I replaced the bulbs with leds 2x 3v led seriesed on each side key up they drop out even went as far as new power run to main regulator didnt help same result. Help?
