Ok , how does one tune an amp? There is nothing to adjust.

So when I check my swr with the amp on and I see the swr is no longer 1.1:1, I will not harm my finals? Yet on am my swr warning light flickers abit.

SSB 140 Audio Chip I read if the PA works then your audio chip is ok. I did hook up an external speaker and was able to hear myself clearly. Thanks for the .02...I did change out all the cracked rectifier diodes but the radio still does not function. I autopsied a couple of the cracked diodes...

Have read that this unit was installed in a Cobra 148GTL and worked fine on SSB. Pushed over 70 watts
