Frequency counter and mod/watt meter recommendations

I have an sir/watt meter but want to round out my test equipment now that I am getting back into cbs. I'd prefer not to waste money on junk. What frequency counter and modulation/watt meters and dummy loads do you recommend that would be reliable? I've heard mixed things on the dosy...
