Galaxy Saturn base station

My echo was not working on my Galaxy Staurn so I tried to install a TRB-X2 echo board. The problem I have is that the mic plug on the radio is a 4 pin plug but the number 1 pin did not have a ground hooked to it. The plug just had 3 wires. The radio was working (recieving and transmiting good )...
