i set everything to spec, & still can,t get no more than 3 watts out of vr6, what else could it be?......mod. to 4 watts

i changed all final,s & reg. ...............it only dead keys 3 watts & mod. to 4 watts.......what could be wrong... a bad new final?.......puzzling to me.

is there a seting for the reg.? thanks a million lc........

but, what are the correct final #s, nte 152 or what ?

hi, i was hoping you could help me with this ....... i have a realistic navaho 490- ssb-am 40 channel base or moble....it only dead keys 3 watts & swings 4 watts.....it did more than that before.......what can i do to it ...its a great radio........have replaced some finals...but no help...but...

ok,i,ll try that.but how do i adjust the screw on the bottom? looks like it may go to the final tubes?...its a bright shiny screw thats adjust in or out....what does that do?

it shows to be puting out a lot more on hi side on my watt meter ,but to other people it makes me show less on hi than on low,,,i think it needs to be matched out on the bottom,,i dont have a dummy load,,,,or even know how to match it out ,,,i do know a little about eletronics,,,,and high volts.....

i can,t hear it ,,,,,,,,only on hi power i think ,does more out put on low power than hi power, but only crikit sound on trans. when i key up on hi side ,,,,,,,,like its not matched out or something,,,,,,

yes the noise is in the trans. mit audio when i tlk......

no, just stock hand mike on realistic navaho trc-440....40 ch.& its not over driving it .......

yes the amp works,& it talks, but it just has a churping noise in my audio, like a cricket...other than that it works fine........

YES,,,I CHECKED ALL TUBES ON A TESTER& ALL WERE GOOD BUT 1 & REPLACED IT WITH A NEW 1 ,BUT STILL HAVE CREKIT SOUND,BUT DID NOT CHECK THE KEYING TUBE..........

i just changed the final to nte-152, but , it still about half watt & mod. backwards......can anyone help me....???????? thanks
