    cobra 148gtl with usb&lsb

    is my power supply strong enough to power it? it seems it gets very dim , but other radio,s work fine on it .........power supply is a pyramid 13.8 vdc. with 2.5 amp constant.just dont under stand it.......when you key up & talk it gets dim like mod. backwards.real bad .like not enough...
