Need help routing coax in Volvo big truck

Factory coax is usually secured so can’t pull it out. Fold your mirror towards the front of the truck and run a coat hanger down to where the opening is for the door wiring. Secured the coax to the coat hanger and pull it up and down the mirror mount tubing easy as that.
