Uniden Washington no transmit
The stock final is a 2sc1969 and the stock driver is a 2sc1306. I replaced the final and the 2Sc1306 and there was no change. I was able to find an original 1306 but had to use a CB-20 for the final. Since that was not the problem, I saved my old parts. I am now thinking it's something related...- dieselburner

Uniden Washington no transmit
I decided to pull my old washington out and use it but I found that it no longer puts out a carrier on am or ssb. If I have a radio on next to it I can receive a faint signal from the washington. The receive side of the washington works fine. I bought a sams manual for it and worked my way...- dieselburner

The old FCC issued cb call signs
KJT-6691 The one and only Chicken Choker - Livermore California. Double C. That was me in the 70's. Still have my jacket with my old handle on it for when we used to go to the "Breaks" (CB Parties). Tell you what, it was a lot of fun for everyone who was involved.- dieselburner
