Install them last night was no problem.. think I'm all set now very happy with the sb220. Very happy with the new tubes. Very good output..swapped out radios to one that has lot more swing really perks up the sb220

The parasitic suppressors that are in there are still fine they're just 30 years old I wanted to upgrade to the new Nichrome wire ones.. they will be here at the end of October.. at that time I will install the new harbach fan and the suppressors....getting very good wattage out cannot indulge...

Hello David everything going good here with the sb-220 added new capacitors from harbach and the new metering board ...had to order the new parasitic suppressors from France will be here to end October to November 6.. very happy with the wattage out now can not indulge on the number because...

forgot to reply back tubes came in just 3 days to florida ….wow very happy with them.

Very happy with my machlett tubes that I installed considerably more wattage output now.. very fast shipping .. plate amperage is up there where it is supposed to be now..

What a good day received tubes today very quick shipping from machlett Corporation now I should have some plate amps.. and the guy in France sent out the parasitic suppressors today .. the old girl should make some Watts now

Well maybe but at least he's will be made right with a nichrome wire..,

The guy from France Anton just texted me back and said he puts a little end on the end that gets soldered so you can use electrical solder on the end without the eyelet..

Thank you Captain kilowatt just placed my order said it will be between October 23rd and November 6th so that's not too bad I guess. Now I will be looking for some of that solder you're talking about where to purchase it at

Thank you ..i think I'm getting ready to go ahead and order them so they will be heading my way .at least my tubes will be here on October 17th.. parasitic suppressors probably won't get here till around November but I can install them on the new tubes then..

Yeah mine is soldered I just took a flashlight and look down inside of mine screwed on the top of the tube but then soldered to like a green choke

Well you must be seeing something I'm not seeing because I see only one eyelet on one end... Then I see the other end soldered to that red choke

If you look closely at the picture looks like one side has the eyelet but the other side looks like it's just straight to be soldered to something

I was wondering about that soldering on The nichrome Wire if I ordered the ones from France and then got him here and wouldn't be able to solder them in..

I'm going to wait a while before I order maybe somebody will see this and be willing to make me a couple
