new member looking for a little help

Hello All, I'm a new member as of a few days ago. I've been in and out of cb since the late 60"s and now I'm getting back in again. I just got an old washington with the (858) and am looking for a schematic or at least a diagram of where the pins of the chip connect, especially pins 19 & 20...
