I will. Just working the regular 10 hr a day job. I will get after it on my day off this week. And I sure won't have my car back for a while, so I wont be swapping it between vehicles.
I need to make something like this but taller.
Or like this ,but sturdier and taller as this is only 6"tall.
This way I can clear the cup holder and be able to see the radio.
I hear you. The transformer next to my house make a lot of noise. Wipes out everything.
Down the one road I take to work, for 10-15 miles, the power lines dont like me.
And my truck led lights do the same thing. But they take a few minutes of running before they wipe out all my reception.
I got to talk with somebody 28 miles away and and another about double that. 28 mile guy sounded like he was next door to me and Connecticut guy was half that but I could hear him fine, but he could barely hear me.
This set up so far works better than anything I've ever had.
The other one I looked at had a transmission, but had the V10 with 4:11 gears in it.
I don't think it could get 7 miles to the gallon.
This one is averaging over 20.
The r12 is in the garage. Haven't got a chance to work on the a.c. yet.
No chicharrones.
Dont get pulled over here with those...
Where am I going to mount this radio?
Anybody have some pictures of something that works here?
I guess there would be plenty of room it I remove the cup holder, but I use it.
