Presenting the reincarnation of the sl41 (stryker sr-76nc)

I do not like the sound of the nrc noise reduction but in my opinion the digimic sounds better on the president radios than the stryker. I found the stryker to have a muffled sound with my voice possibly due too lack of foam in front of the element.

Not quite ready for prime time. Clone army.

Thank you Nomad, you have given us the "bump stock" of cb radio. (edit: maybe more like a glock switch)

Not quite ready for prime time. Clone army.

Thankfully for the radio community most of the population has been effectively lobotomized by tv and public education so they will never grasp how to inject a 10hz square wave into the vco. It is a great responsibility to have this godlike power, mere mortals cannot be trusted with it.

Not quite ready for prime time. Clone army.

Think about the up side, your local annoyer is on your home channel making a nuisance. Then he gets one of these and his power is Divided by 40. You can now hear the stations he would have been drownig out with all that bad bad 11 meter power focused on the channel your trying to talk on.

For emergencies only, like mars modding an hf rig.

    Good entry level

I am a big fan of the mfj 870, and the one just like it sold under another brand.

    Anytone AT-900 Pro

Not unless you can buy them with fuel points. In the truck driving world Cobra Connex and Galaxy are the names that are asked for. After that it is Stryker President then Magnum and Anytone bringing up the rear.

The old lincoln II+ also has receive audio on the mic socket, no volume adjustment in the menu but it works with the uniden bearcat wireless mic.

    Anytone Ares 2

I hate to say it but the cost of a new qt-40 or aries-II may be less than repair labor by someone with tools and skill for smd work if it is more than blown finals. If the chip that keys the radio off of the mic input is damaged the radio will be unrepairable for reasonable cost.

    New President Lincoln 2 +

Ctcss/dcs is built in on the v2 955, also nrc in the menu.

Once again they do not make them like they used to... revisited for the 128 time

I have a Minuteman I d104, It is my favorite hand mic I wish I could find one more for a spare. The switch in the current d104 is good for maybe a month before it is junk.

    I see i want

Should be $389 everywhere. Usb works good to charge uniden wireless mic or president wireless mic. With the stock mic and noise gate on I can drive with the windows down and the mic doesn't pick up wind noise, also noise gate doesn't change the sound like nrc on transmit or digimic does.

Have you tried the trc-48 yet? I have a trc-47 that I really like the trc-48 looks the same but with a s meter and more switches.

    New President Washington schematics anyone?

Authorized dealers can get the info they need from ranger or president. One of the few advantages a real cb shop has over amazon selling bottom dollar anytones.

    New President Washington Mobile Radio?

The heat sink is drilled for one fan in the center also if you only have one 40mm fan laying around. Also some weight has been added to the stock mic that ships with the Washington that gives it a very nice feel compared to the non weighted stock mic.

RCI2995DXHP, latest and greatest. As always.

I wish they would do a 69 base plus with that power output, until then my dx 2517 and driver will have to do the job. The receive on the old black base is as sensitive as any of the new quixing radios and I have an external dsp unit I can use if I want but it stays unhooked most of the time due...

    New President Washington Mobile Radio?

The fans make it look extra cool like the the old galaxy 93t. Looks super good in the mobile or on the base.

Anytone AT-5555N Channel Expansion & Adjustment Points

I had not ever looked at that board before, looks like the halfway point between the v1 and v2 955 stryker. I expected that one to be a service menu radio. Long live the variable resistor.

    New President Jerry fcc handheld

It is called a tnc connector, antennas and adapters are available. Looks very similar to my pni hp 82, but It comes with the bnc antenna. I need to adapt an old radioshack center load antenna but I have no trouble talking to the base from 2 miles away with the rubber duck.
