Probably not LOL . But, the Delta tune is not changing my transmit frequency. What should I do? With the Delta tune at center right now it is still right on transmit frequency. But, like I said with the Delta tune centered, people are still being received off frequency.

That did the trick! Thank you so much. Now, what about getting the Delta tune centered. The receiver seems to be off a little bit. It may have changed a little bit by getting the transmit right on frequency but the Delta tune still have to be pretty much all the way clockwise to receive people...

That’s how mine came. It’s been up for a few months now with zero problems. SWR doesn’t change in rain either. This antenna Is great. Will see how it does this coming winter.

I believe I read somewhere about changing some capacitor values to alter the transmit tone of a browning mark three. If anyone could steer me in the right direction to get a little more highs out of the transmit audio on this and a little bass I would appreciate it. Thank you

Realistic TRC-423 as soon as I turn it on with a d104 tug8 it howls. Hand held d104 is fine. What’s going on here? Tug8 works fine everywhere else.

27 28 29 and 31 are the channels a 12.005 crystal gave me. No 30 like I need! Crap!

I just wanna put one crystal in to get channel 30 where our locals talk so I can enjoy this radio.

Ordered crystals from Ken’s before. Will be ordering a few for the Brownie. That little radio sounds soooo good on the base with a d104. People freak out about it!
