    no kidding, but what is lost in heat like it was stated? the losses are no different that if it had a perfect swr with the actual forward power traveling down the line and lost in the tuner. Thanks for trying to sound like a smart guy.

    Ok so it shows your radio what it want's to see, it is the same as any other matching device for a antenna. Nothing going up in heat all the power gets radiated.

    Looks like snake oil? Snake Oil is where someone says something will do something that it isn't capable of. Can you define your definition of snake oil with regards to this antenna. What claims are being made that arent true.

    a Texas star is a biased amp and requires low drive deadkeying 6 watts into it I am surprised you werent able to cook bacon and eggs of off it

    Very few what can run at 17 volts? 700 Pep is easily attainable at 17 volts, more if you go higher in volts

    Eddie you have more segments in the cap hat than you do in the verical radiator. Try adding a bunch more segments in the vertical radiator

    I like Marconi's idea of the 20 oz bottles, but especially if you mount ithe antenna higher off the ground.... you need to put saltwater in there and you should pick up a few extra dbd's :biggrin:
