Been hit and miss around here. I have one as well as an Antron 99. The Procomm did not hold up very well though. The third section broke after it was hit with some high winds. I also have some parts to an earlier Antron as well. Looking at getting an all metal antenna next.

Going to raise the antenna another 30' in the morning. Have the AE3500 in line to talk on. Trying to figure which mike worked the best with it. Got a friend on the North Side I want to try and talk to. If ya hear me let me know.

Its up. Just have to raise it higher and hook things up.

Hope to get my Antron up this weekend and the Washington back on line. A bud brought the antenna and recieve kit by earlier. The weather should be nice for this tomorrow. Just have to dig thing:thumbup:s out and hook them up.

Does anyone have mods for this radio? Can extra channels be added?

Im looking for a PC 122 or a TRC 465 AM/SSB radio. Need something smaller than a 148. Going into a small car. I have a number of radios, small amps, ect to trade. Or will buy it outright if the price is right. Need this for a friend.

My Dads was KDV4778, Gypsey Boy in Deer Park, Tx Local Channel 21. Shot alot of skip out the back room. Also used the handel Dusty Britches some. Man, I miss him and the times we had. RIP dad.:thumbup1:

There no longer is anyone in the Houston area that I trust. Not since Jerry Hunter went out of business last year. Hard to find someone who actually knows about these radios. I know of two of these locally that need work of some kind of another. I'll keep on searching. They guys whom own these...

I have one in the shop that is driving me nuts. Comes on lights up, but no transmitt or recieve. Went through this doing all I know how to isolate the problem. Nothing seems to work. Not very familur with this unit. Anyone know someone who has the ability/experience with these radios? Got me and...

I have a CPI base station that I need to get help with. It will come on but no transmitt. Have a schematic for radio. Can anyone tell me of someone who may know more about these radios? Yes, I know it an older one, but we'd like to get someone to help with it.
