Yes, you can use the 26lx6 in the driver section without even cutting pin 7 as it is a dead end and goes nowhere

Gotta be a way to wake it up though, just not sure what that way is ! With 7 20LF6 the box ought to scream !

Thank you Nomad, you explained that very well ! Actually the original relay was acting up after I cleaned it and it didn't want to unkey, I ended up putting just a little bit more tension on the spring and now it works fine, however this is the original 2 prong or contact I am talking about

Perhaps polarity would make a difference in this case, I didn't try switching the wires

Last night I tried a 3 prong relay like what is in the Robyn radios and whatnot but it didn't like The tube as of right now has -70 vdc of bias, seems to be doing great but haven't used it alot yet but will keep a eye on that 6BQ5

Yeah, I kinda noticed the same, it puts out more than the average JB12 however I think it's going to run just fine without destroying tubes
