Hey Tucker you seem to be burning through a lot of radios, are you sure that there is no problem with your setup?. Do you have access to an antenna analyzer to check what is going on with your feed line and antenna?

I use an audio isolation transformer (1:1) for this reason, just cut the cord in two and solder it in. Only cost about $1 or $2

I wanted to know about mars/cap as well for the K3, I shot an email to Elecraft in regards to this as I hold an advanced certificate of proficiency but I was refused and told that the K3 is only locked for Ham. It left me a bit peeved as I really liked this rig.

Does anybody have a manual/schematic of a TE Systems 4450G? I was given a 4450g that is tuned for 477Mhz that has some missing parts that I would like to rebuild. Can any one help out?
