well i am going to put up a 4 element cube quad at about 110'. i am down in a hole a bit here and need at least 35' or so te be above ground level so i am going to get that and about 75' more. the quad design is really close to a white lighting if any one remembers those.

back when i was dxing i ran the quad 99% of the time on horizontal for dxing. it didnt seem to make a lot of difference most of the time but horizontal would usualy allow me to get a lil stronger signal transmitting and recieving.

i probably aint gonna do the 8 over the 8 lol. looks like its gonna be the 4 element cube again.

guys just wanted your opinion on this. in the past i ran a 4 element cubical quad and am getting ready to get back on the air again. what do you think of the choice of this for a beam for mainly talking dx? i had a 5 element JoGunn star series prior to that and the quad beat that to pieces. so...
