IC1 Voltages are all correct

i have factory service manual on CB TRICKS website... there are alot of voltages on the voltage chart it provides i would like to know where to check voltages next thanks

also i dont understand the schematic from what im looking at on the radio the schematic is not clear to me... i spend a good portion of my day looking at automotive schematics... these are slightly different. i can find any component under the covers aslo thanks

i have all the schematics and was in the process of checking components from where the TSB sent me (CB TRICKS website index)

just replaced c112 and i now have 5v at the junction of D19 R124 R98 PLL 7&11 still no Rx/Tx

Oh I got you hold on let me try antenna disconnected GOOD CALL! ... no noise when antenna disconnected must be a ground plane issue!!! I’m a firm believer in diagnostics via process of elimination... let me ground strap bed real quick

noise is only when truck is running engine off noise gone... I’m going to add ground strap from bed to frame tonight didn’t get a chance to at lunch antenna is grounded to bed showed good resistance to battery... big ass cm flat bed should have good ground plane???? Like I said I killed half...

My radio meter is in the mail box at home... I have a transistor/cap/resistor tester still on the way will get meter in soon and start on the trail
