I think I will get those. Its all going on my new Peterbilt  Heres a question, is there any advantage to pointing your antennas forward? I see that a lot on trucks and have wondered why they do it.

works for me!! How about the wilson 2000 trucker. $49 delivered. They say 3500 watts capable. I will be using 2 of them and will have no more than 500 watts. I dont think I need to spend upwards of $200 right now. (I gotta buy another radio still)

Lookin for a new radio to run with the TS DX500

I was lookin at that radio and compaired it to the basic S9 and they have some simalarities. Mainly the power control. Actually all the S9s have that as well. Dual finals with 50+- watts. I might check it out.... I don't know. I also have a Palomar 250 that works pretty well and is way smaller.

Cant say I know them. Hey, What do you think of the Magnum S9. Would it be a good fit with the TS 500. will it need to be tweeked to work with the amp. I did have an issue when I ran my DX99 with the amp. It would blow the key up circut in the amp. If I remember corectly, I had to have the radio...

Yea, I know. The TS is kinda big and I just wanna keep it kinda simple. That is why the DX98 got my attention. I figure 200 watts of dialed radio shoud be fine. My other galaxy was a great radio and I never had a problem with it. I know there is much better now. I probably wont ever use the VC...
