I thought I would try this one. I know it is a Fire Bird. The model is F100/BM. Just by the name only, someone else said it was a 2 tube linear capable of around 300 watts. This thing is small.... plus..... this thing has two transistors in it. I can not find any information about this...

The 48 is a 23 channel SSB radio. I have not tried it. It did not come with a microphone and (according to the SAMS book) the mic has a remote volume control that works when you punch the "REMOTE" button on the front. It will work with a non-original mic you just can't mash that REMOTE...

If I do anything at all with that one it will most likely be to "fix it" if it is broke and align it to spec. This is just a fun hobby for me..... gettin' back to my electronic roots!

THank you for EXTREMELY quick work. I have gone looking for it and found other models and see that you are right on the money. The faceplates all have that same look and the cabinet is red as well. I just can't find anything on this specific model.... at least not yet. Any idea what it will...
