I used to have one just like that back in the 80's. Mine had the cassette player in it too.

As far as a true CB radio they will be 40 channel radios and would say the Browning MK IVA, Tram D201A, and the DAK 10. Circa 1978-79.

The manuals for the pre 1977 Penetrators set it to 22' 9 1/2". When the 40 channel radios came out in 1977 the length was shortened to 22' 6" to make it centered at channel 20.

Here's the scale for using 50uv = S9. This will allow you to see how linear your meter is. S9 = 50 S8 = 25 S7 = 13 S6 = 6.3 S5 = 3.2 S4 = 1.6 S3 = .79 S2 = .40 S1 = .20 (If using 100uv = S9, the output would be doubled for each). There's a lot of info like this on the web.

I know this is a bit late but I just saw it. The CB Secret book had a misprint. It should be disconnect D205 not R205. If one looks at the schematic R205 has nothing to do with the clarifier. Since there will be a constant voltage on the clarifier after connecting the wire to it, the TX only...
