Realistic TRC-460

I think we've got another one of those "mystery radios" on our hands. I was able to find a parts list on this radio, but no schematic, no tuning information, nothing to really go on. Does anyone have any info on this radio? It's one of those "emergency-type" CB-with-weatherband-reception...
