magnum raptor question

Magnum Raptor If the jumper is in the original position it should be on 11 meter or CB. The channels will be 1 thru 40 on band "D". All the other bands are below or above the normal CB channels. You probably wont find much on these other bands. Im here in El Paso, Tx. and find some using "C"...
