Galaxy DX959 on 27.555MHz ?

Hi all, just one small question, is it possible to make some modification on dx959 and open it to work on 27.555MHz? I found on cbtricks, (DX959 (P5 P6 Switch) Frequency Conversion). Is this solution? Thanks Nemanja, 45da007
