Yes. The voltage changes. Going by the sams im supposed to lock in at 5v but i remember mentionning that it woudnt lock into anything until around 3 volts. Im pretty sure its around the VCO area. I will have to see if there is a cap inside the can or pull one from another radio donor

The anode is giving me .56 volts. The cathode is 3. 3 volts rx and tx is 3.7. I checked some components today and they are all good readings.

Another interesting find. When the clarifier if tuned to 9 oclock and 8 oclock, inpick up channel 38 perfectly while Im on channel 40. What a mess!
