But then I won’t have a BRAND NEW IN DEE BOX STARDUSTER! LoL
Really considering putting it up at my place in the woods in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Need a retro antenna for a retro house lol.
10-4. I was thinking about putting it up somewhere to be able to use during DX to have a different takeoff angle just to see how it works and compare contacts back-and-forth with the penetrator.
Can anyone tell me how to wire a four pin cobra microphone to this radio? I have a spare 5 pin din plug and want to make a pigtail adapter to plug a 4 pin cobra mic into .
Thanks!
Got a NOS Sonar BR20 business band radio here. Operates 25-50 MHz and 14 watts output.
Can’t find any info on the mixing scheme for this radio. Trying to find out what frequency crystals it would need to work on channel 30.
Should pair up well with my NOS BR21 hopefully.Any help greatly...
really digging this radio and the Pearce Simpson line in general. Receive is unreal, pulling in stations that I usually can only hear on my Browning, Sonar and Tram tube sets.
Beautiful almost like FM quality transmit audio too. Their mobile radios I have are great as well. Some of the best...
No, it does not take a battery and it does not have a power source. There’s also not a switch for peak or average. So I guess it reads average? Just trying to find out what this things deal is.
Can anyone give me any information on
Turning up the audio a little bit on a courier 40 channel gladiator? even with a D104 it just does not have very good modulation. Just looking for a little bit of audio that’s all.
Thanks
