They are great. I may need more than the alignment info. Looks like the radio went faulty so the last owner turned everything.

I opened up a courier conquerer II today only to find that all the darn slugs were turned. It transmits fine, with my walkie I can hear myself on all 23 channels. I seriously need the alignment pages for the courier conquerer II. Its av23 chamnel radio. If anyone has it, Id be grateful. Thanks.

Thanks very much Dan. Now I can figure out why its not locking into the VCO when switched from am to lsb on channels higher than 30.

Im wondering if the display the same as the cobra 25 or 29? I need a 16 pin, 8 top, 8 bottom, center pins common, and common anode. I got a lot of 25s snd 29s snd 148s. Let me know. Thanks. Edit: cobra 25 Ltd has the correct pin out and common anode configuration. Only difference isvthe color...

The radio talked to me today. It told me to remove that black box, remove the cap underneatch and repair the cut run, and remove that electrolytic cap, the start the tuning process over again for the 7th time and I will fial in perfectly. Its working great! Thanks for all your help. Soon I will...

Yeah. Its going back on the shelf once fixed. This is what people did pre- export radio days. Added a watt or 2 and lost their mod, pull out a few parts to get screeching mod, mess with the switches and install a bunch of uppers and lowers, then to really screw things up for the next guy, just...

It could be a home made type of varactor. Diode and capacitor. But its mote. It proved to make a minor clarifier change when bypassed
