Connex 3400 squeal

My 3400hp squeals after it has any kind of super tune done to it. I don't think it can be a antenna problem because I can put another radio up and no problems I can move the 3400 to a different truck and same problem. If I have the super tune taken out the problem goes away. Tried different...
